These AMCOS,\u003cbr\u003esuch as Usseri Rural Cooperative Society Ltd., Uduru\u003cbr\u003eMakoa RCS, Engare Oimotony, and Kirima Boro RCS,\u003cbr\u003eserve as local cooperative societies where farmers come\u003cbr\u003etogether to mill their coffee and facilitate its marketing.\u003cbr\u003eWhile AMCOS handle the pre-preparation of the coffee\u003cbr\u003efor export, the actual exportation process is managed by\u003cbr\u003elocal exporters. Each AMCOS operates independently\u003cbr\u003ewith its own elected board, representing the collective\u003cbr\u003einterests of its farmer members. Throughout the\u003cbr\u003eprocess, from cherry sorting to drying and grading,\u003cbr\u003eAMCOS ensure meticulous care and quality control,\u003cbr\u003eallowing only the finest cherries to be used and\u003cbr\u003emaintaining strict standards for processing and\u003cbr\u003epreparation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTanzania Peaberry AMCOS is also Rainforest Alliance Certified, which means the coffee must be produced in ways that do not harm rainforests.
