Our bake team is creating the finest authentically created European-style pastries in Wichita. Each creation is a masterpiece, made from locally sourced ingredients, such as wheat flour, milk, chocolate, eggs, fruit and veggies. We produce an ever-expanding selection of laminated pastries daily, such as the classic butter croissant, pain au chocolat, ham & cheese croissant and fruited Danish. Each month we feature a rotating selection of unique one-of-a-kind croissants and pate au choux in addition to our classic cinnamon rolls and the worlds best rye chocolate chip cookie, Our team also created a unique selection of breakfast burritos featuring house made pork carnitas, eggs & cheese for the meat eaters, or roasted potatoes, eggs and cheese for the vegetarian and house made salsa.
