Our expert team of coffee professionals are obsessed with the process of creating the best experience we can provide our customers, from sourcing, to roasting, to packaging, and delivering coffee fresh, and in perfect condition. And we do this with the highest regard for food and employee safety standards.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your order arrives with a physical defect—such as a damaged or tampered bag, foreign objects, or any other issue that affects the integrity of our product—please contact our customer service team immediately by sending an email to info@reverieroasters.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to assess the issue, and if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.

DISSATISFIED WITH PRODUCT

When we develop and describe our products, we do our best to thoroughly describe and deliver each coffee to meet customer expectations. If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know. We want to know your thoughts.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for open and partially consumed bags due to subjective qualities, such as personal taste preferences. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’d love to hear your feedback and help you find a coffee you’ll love in the future.
