Yes, Reverie Coffee Roasters offers coffee and pastry catering for groups of just about any size. Our professional team of baristas and bakers prepare pairings of food and beverage for any occasion, starting from small private events to huge corporate gatherings. Below is a list of the various types of catering offerings at Reverie Coffee Roasters:

1.       One-gallon brewed coffee by the pot. Reverie brews fresh pots of regular and decaf coffee for your events. Each pot is served in one-gallon airpot containers with a pump lid and serves between 12 to 16 guests. We prefer at least a day’s notice so we can have your order ready on time. Walkin orders can take up to 30 minutes to prepare depending on how busy our café is at the time. Our current price per pot is $30 per gallon and comes with cups, lids, java jackets/sleeves, sugar, creamer and stir sticks, everything you need to serve your guests. Airpots are to be returned after the event, during business hours.

2.       Pastries by the dozen, or more. Reverie’s professional baking crew dazzles your guests with Wichita’s most authentic lineup of artisan pastries. We generally have enough on hand to provide a dozen or two each day, but if you want to be guaranteed to have enough to feed your small or large group, we ask you to give us a little notice. For smaller orders, which we call three dozen pieces or less, we need at least 24 hours’ notice. For orders greater than 36 pieces, we ask you to give us two to three days’ notice. Pastry orders can be specified or mixed.

3.       Beyond just coffee or pastries. If you are planning an event and need to feed your guests with more than just a coffee and pastry, Reverie offers fresh cut fruit, quiche and other quality accompaniments to round out a more complete meal. Just ask our catering team how we can make sure your guests get exactly what you wish them to enjoy.

4.       Catered espresso bar. Reverie’s team of baristas can essentially set up a coffee shop at your event. We offer catered espresso bar services, which include one or two professional baristas, unlimited hot and cold coffee beverages, artisan teas and other non-coffee options, all from our custom-built catering cart system equipped with the same type of professional coffee equipment you would find in our cafes.

 Events are priced based on the number of anticipated guests and can range from $700 into the thousands for large events. Catered espresso bar services ideally serve between 50 and 250 guests, but with our expanded services including multiple bars, we can serve up to a thousand guests or more when we have ample time to plan. Custom quotes are necessary to book an espresso bar service.

5.       Other catered beverages. Reverie Coffee Roasters can provide cold coffee by the ½ and full gallon, in addition to hot cocoa and hot apple cider for large outdoor holiday events.

6.       Service support. Reverie can provide support staff for your event. Our current cost per staff member is $35 per hour per barista.

7.       Delivery services. Reverie can deliver your catered orders with enough notice. Our standard delivery fee is $20.00 for each delivery and pick up.

8.       Service fees. Larger catered orders may have a 10% service fee to accommodate the additional support from the professional baristas and bakers that prepare your coffee and pastries.

9.       Gratuity is encouraged. Our team of professionals who prepare and deliver your coffee and pastry orders accept and appreciate gratuity. It is our goal to make your event successful. Offering a suggested minimum 15% gratuity is welcomed and will go directly to the staff who prepared and/or delivered your order.
