How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?

We have a limited supply of fresh baked pastries in our case each morning. Therefore, we highly recommend you place your bulk pastry orders in advance to guarantee we can fulfill your needs. Most small catering orders, which would be 12-36 pastries and up to 3-gallons of coffee can be set up in time for the next day service. Anything larger than 3-gallons or three dozen pastries would require up to 48 hours’ notice so we can be prepared for the order.
