Meet Beau, Reverie’s Director of Coffee. This joker sources and roasts wild coffees from all over the world. On top of finding abundant joy in playing loud, noisy music (see below), Beau is studying business and entrepreneurship at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk). Typically brewing on a Chemex or Kalita, he has recently been delving into and delightfully digging lactic process coffees with all their juicy, funky flavors. If you see him around, I know he would be happy to gab about any of our offerings.
