24K Goat is darker than most of our roasts. ‘You Want It Darker’ is a good way to describe this Honduran coffee, but not taking away from the great natural flavors of the coffee. We strive to not roast too dark, which will add flavors of smoke or, what we like to refer to them as, “roasty” flavors.
