About the producer:

Ana Gloria Rodriguez has worked in coffee production for 32 years, but it was only seven years ago that she decided to focus entirely on specialty coffee. After years of cultivating different varieties, she developed a sustainable farm using best practices, avoiding harmful chemicals, and carefully managing her crops. Ana Gloria is also deeply committed to supporting women coffee pickers. She created a project called "Gloriellas," where coffee is harvested entirely by women, and she pays a premium for their work.
