Boneshaker Espresso is our cafe's flagship espresso and our staff's go-to coffee for a variety of brewing methods. Named after the first racing bicycle, the penny-farthing (commonly referred to as a Boneshaker), this coffee is sure to get your bones shaking and mind racing.

The Pope’s Choice

Origin: Nicaragua
Acidity: Mild
Body: Smooth, Silky
Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Toasted Almond, Red Grape

In the year 1600 Pope Clement VIII, against the will of his advisors and peers, blessed coffee and encouraged its consumption. In homage to his daring, we've named our house blend and flagship drip coffee The Pope's Choice. Though the coffees in the blend will change from time to time, The Pope's Choice is roasted to always feature tasting notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond and a light, red grape acidity. Currently, this coffee is comprised of Nicaragua from Mercon Coffee. The Pope's Choice is a fantastic coffee for drip or pour-over brewing methods.

Moonless Midnight

Origin: Colombia & Mexico
Acidity: Medium
Body: Round
Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Dates, Pecans

For a darker roast, Moonless Midnight holds onto that rich, dark chocolate flavor without losing the fruity and floral notes found in light specialty coffees. Color is only part of the coffee’s journey, but it doesn’t tell all. Agent Cooper would say this coffee is enjoyed, “Black as midnight on a moonless night.”.

24k GOAT

Origin: Honduras
Acidity: Low
Body: Round
Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Plum, Nuts

24K Goat is darker than most of our roasts for people who would want it darker. ‘You Want It Darker’ is a good way to describe this Honduran coffee, but not taking away from the great natural flavors of the coffee. We also strive to not roast too dark, which will add flavors of smoke or as we like to call roasty flavors.
