In the year 1600 Pope Clement VIII, against the will of his advisors and peers, blessed coffee and encouraged its consumption. In homage to his daring, we've named our house and flagship drip coffee The Pope's Choice. Though the coffees in the The Pope’s Choice will change from time to time, The Pope's Choice is roasted to always feature tasting notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond and a light, red grape acidity. Currently, this coffee is comprised of Colombia Cattleya.
